What artwork files can I send?
The order form accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG and PSD files. Send the clearest artwork available and include any design notes.
Is a digital proof the same as a physical sample?
A digital proof shows the proposed artwork on screen. A physical sample lets you assess the actual material and finish. If you need one, ask us to confirm the sample cost and timing in your quote.
When will my order arrive?
Tell us your destination and required arrival date. We will confirm the production and shipping schedule for your project before you proceed.
How is shipping handled?
Include the delivery address and any special delivery instructions in your inquiry. We will confirm shipping arrangements and what is included in your quote.
