COMPANY HISTORY & MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
Company history: before the brand, there was the work.
Born in the 1980s, our founder entered the garment embroidery industry in 1998, at just 16 years old. She joined Innovation Garments (Chuangxin Garment), a company in Shangjiao, Humen, Dongguan, where she began learning embroidery production techniques. Within only two years, she became the supervisor of the company’s embroidery department. She went on to serve in that role for the next 13 years.
THE TURNING POINT
2013
When one factory closed, another began.
In 2013, changes at the company led it to file for bankruptcy. Unable to pay staff wages, the company had to sell its machinery at heavily discounted prices. As the embroidery department supervisor, our founder was entitled to take on a share of the company’s existing customer relationships. She used the savings she had built up over the years to purchase six of the machines being sold, beginning her own manufacturing business.
We were fortunate that the customer relationships carried forward included EVISU and Champion, both internationally popular apparel brands at the time. The equipment used for their work was Tajima, and our first factory began with just six embroidery machines in a 500-square-metre space.
Work from EVISU kept the factory busy from the beginning. As the business developed, we gradually built relationships with other globally recognised apparel brands and companies supplying streetwear to international markets.
2018 · FIRST RELOCATION
From garment embroidery to patches.
In 2018, we relocated for the first time, moving from a 500-square-metre factory to an 800-square-metre facility and increasing our equipment from six to ten machines. The larger factory also reflected the widening scope of our business. During this period, we began producing garment-trim patches and started our own international trade business.
1 JANUARY 2026 · SECOND RELOCATION
The factory we operate today.
With continued work and investment, we relocated again on 1 January 2026. Our facility expanded from 800 to 1,400 square metres, and our equipment increased from ten to fourteen machines. The equipment lineup also grew from Tajima alone to a combination of Tajima and Barudan. This is the facility where we operate today.
Started on the factory floor
Our founder entered garment embroidery at age 16 and learned production at Chuangxin Garment in Humen.
Department supervisor
Within two years, she was managing the embroidery department and continued leading it for the next 13 years.
Six machines, one new start
After the former company closed, she invested her savings in six Tajima machines and opened a 500 m² workshop.
From embroidery to patches
The factory expanded to 800 m² and ten machines, added patch production and began serving overseas buyers.
A 1,400 m² integrated factory
The current facility opened on 1 January with fourteen machines from Tajima and Barudan.
WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED
Manufacturing experience shaped by apparel brands.
From our earliest orders through to today, our focus has remained on established apparel brands and international streetwear companies. Relationships with customers such as EVISU and Champion shaped how we approached the work, and our capabilities grew from specialist garment embroidery into a broader patch production line.

Our equipment grew from six machines in 2013 to ten in 2018 and fourteen in 2026. Alongside that growth, our work expanded from garment embroidery to patch production for apparel brands and international streetwear companies.
Quality control
Check the details that define the order
The approved reference gives inspection a clear basis. These are company-level checks; each patch construction has its own technical requirements.
Dimensions
Compare the finished width, height and outline with the agreed specification.
Color
Compare material and visible colors with the approved reference, allowing assessment on the actual construction.
Lettering and detail
Check that letters remain distinguishable and that important shapes have not filled in or become distorted.
Edges
Inspect the border and cut outline for loose threads, uneven trimming or visible edge defects.
Backing
Confirm the specified backing type, coverage and finish. Application conditions are agreed for the intended use.
Finished work
Review the visible face and reverse for construction or finishing defects before packing.
Packing
Check quantity, version identification and the agreed packing instructions to avoid mixing designs or sizes.
